Building the AI operating platform for India's real work.

9xAI is built by Two Rings India (Twor India), the team behind EPCdoc and Mahaurban — platforms already used by real EPC, engineering, and government organizations across India.

From EPC software to an AI operating platform

9xAI grew out of deep, hands-on experience building software for India's engineering, procurement, and construction sector — and the recognition that the same problem (generic tools that don't understand a specific profession's real work) exists across every industry, not just EPC.

Working closely with EPC teams for years, the pattern became impossible to ignore: every profession has its own version of the same underlying problem. An EPC team drowns in drawings and procurement records. A hospital drowns in clinical documentation. A law firm drowns in contracts and precedent research. The specific documents differ completely, but the shape of the problem repeats almost identically across industries that, on the surface, have nothing to do with each other.

Generalizing the lesson

9xAI is what happens when you take that lesson and generalize it, instead of staying narrowly focused on one industry. Rather than building one more EPC-specific tool, the decision was to build the platform that lets any profession get an AI copilot that actually understands its work — its documents, its vocabulary, its specific version of what a good answer looks like.

The 14 industry copilots that exist today are the direct result of that generalization, alongside a broader family of platforms — EPCdoc, Mahaurban, AI Agri Brain, AI-CityOS, Earth Intelligence, and Sarkar — each built the same way: around the real shape of a real profession's real work, not a generic assumption of what work looks like.
